After submitting your request, you’ll receive an estimate for approval (without payment) before being matched with a mechanic. The mechanic may reach out with a few questions to confirm the details and ensure the service is completed correctly.
Step 3Service
When the mechanic arrives at the scheduled time, they will have all the necessary tools and parts to complete the job. They will perform the requested service efficiently and professionally. Payment will be collected at this time.
Step 4Review & Rating
Once the service is complete, you’ll receive a detailed digital invoice along with a summary of the work performed. Our customer service team will also follow up with a call to gather your feedback on the experience.
